Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products sold by Yamuna Ventures Private Limited, under the brand name Redose. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Warehouse Location & Dispatch Time
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Rajkot, Gujarat. Products are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to availability and order verification.
2. Invoice and Shipping Confirmation
An invoice will be included with the shipment and will also be sent to the registered email address provided at the time of order. Once your order has been shipped, a docket number (tracking number) will be shared via email.
3. Order Tracking
You may track the status of your shipment by clicking the tracking link sent in the shipping confirmation email or by visiting the relevant courier partner’s website and entering the docket number under the “Track Shipment” section.
4. Delivery Timelines
Orders, once dispatched, typically take 5 to 7 working days to be delivered. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location, courier partner logistics, and unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery Address & Acceptance
Products will be delivered to the shipping address specified during order placement. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package.
6. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a product in damaged condition, you must notify us at info@redose.in within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, a replacement will be processed at no additional cost to you.
