1. Damaged Products
If you receive a product in a damaged condition, please notify us at info@redose.in within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
2. Incorrect Product Delivered
In the event that you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@redose.in. We will promptly arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of cleaning and detergent products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of:
